question for help: 第三方hight speed cable 使用rogers' cable

rogers' 一直涨价 ， 我的hight speed 是第三方提供的，
有哪位知道如何与rogers打交道，取消其cable TV.但是保留信号（?? 不知技术上是什么术语），因为第三方还需要用 rogers' 的网络。

TV signal and high speed intenet signal

are transmitted within same cable. Just tell Rogers to keep internet and cancel TV. Even done this, you still can watch a few channels.

But as I mentioned my ISP is 3rdParty, who is using Rogers cable to provide Internet service.

so what I want to is:
call Rogers, cancel the roger TV, but how to tell they to keep the cable to be 'alive" for 3rdParty to provide the internet service ??:blink::blink::blink:
