渥太华，温哥华，多伦多，加拿大6大城市房屋价格曲线

对比其他城市，好像渥太华长得慢，跌得也慢。

Historically Ottawa has always been that way. The collapse of real estate in early 80's, Vancouver and Toronto lost close to 30% value, I think Ottawa lost about 10-15%?
My numbers may not be accurate. So don't quote me on that. One thing for sure, the pressure on real estate due to immigrant influx never affects Ottawa as much as Tor/Van. And less speculation buying too. Being a government town which provides steady but unspectacular employment, Ottawa is less influenced by economic downturn.

应该是ottawa外来人比较少，所以供求关系相对稳定，价格变化除了按照大势走向外，相对变化就比较少。。。

全国各大主要城市均有涨幅，（除了montreal）特别是温哥华跟多伦多都是new highs.
