many people who have no experience did employed by some big company,
but it only means that they were lucky, if you do confident with your
background and your english. I think you can success in your future

Most of people give up acheievement they have done, but now?!

Honestly, your English is not enough for the whole life cycle of system development. You may be qualified for a programmer position by knowing Java and VC++. While as a system developer, you need to work on system design and analysis and English is intensively used within these cycles.
We are short of experienced OO developer. Since you have worked on Java and C++, you probably know the OO concepts well. If you are confident to following typical OO questions, please drop me a line.
1. What is the advantage of polymorphism?
2. Give an example of object factoring
3. What is the double dispatch of a message?
4. Is there any disadvantage of dynamic variable binding?
If you happen to be a Smalltalker, i.e. knowing Smalltalk -- a pure OO language, we will put you on a position within 2 weeks.
