IF YUO THINK OF YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, BETTER IS RAV4. FULL TIME AWD. BETTER VISIBILITY. ALL SAFT FEATURES IS STANDARD. OR GO TO CONSUMER'S REPORT TO FIND THE ANSWER. BY THE WAY, IF YOU WANT TO PAY CASH, RAV4 HAS 2500$ RABATE THIS MONTH.

I received my September 2010 Consumer Reports (Never Consumer Digest), and it has an article on SUV. It seems that the pick for SUV (at that price range) is Forester.
But CRV, RAV 4 are also excellent cars.

The "RESALE" value of a car decides its LEASE amount. You have to also consider how much you have to pay to BUY back the car after lease.

Lease is something for those who find FINANCING too high. When you tell car sales person FINANCIAL is too high, they will suggest you an option, LEASE. But do remember, after your lease, you DON'T own the car. After your financing, you own the car.

If you plan to lease a car, the best is American car, there should be NO problem for the first three years, but reliability is always the problem of American cars. Problems problems problems after five years, and the maintenance fee just sky-rocketing.

Japanese car, they are reliable! In cold winter time, you can find most cars have problem (like cannot start, engine problem) on the street are American cars.

If you have a reliable Japanese car which you only pay four years of financing, that, in ten years time, is cheaper than you go for LEASING 2.5 times (four year lease term).

Matrix 2.4 version has AWD

But Forester is the best among that price range (RAV 4, CRV)

Honda Pilot is over 50 K! The equivalence of it are:
Toyota Highlander, Subaru Tribeca, Nissan Morano

Accura MDX is even better!!

The next price range would be BMW and Mercedes Benz, which is over 70 K.

Q5吧 =)
