I am trying to do some shopping online, but afraid to use the credit card. what's the good way? I heared something about PayPal. any other good way?

And for Paypal, 1. how to get it?

2. any service charge, like anually fee?

3. how it will charge if I buy something over the internet?

1. Go to paypal websites to apply for it and you have to provide your bank info, for instance your account number.
2. No service charge, no anually fee.
3. Sellers pay fees and buyers pay nothing for using paypal.
