Anyone uses WIND cell phone service

We are looking into cell phone package. Wind has a very good $15 monthly deal. Has anyone used their service? How is their network?

but it takes long time to call their customer service

试过了几次，要想打通它家的customer service，要早上7点左右，迟了就很难打通。通话质量还成，就是客服差了。

I called their service on labour day and picked up right away.

my 2nd day, still trying.

You need to buy a phone from wind as they use a different frequency phone. although it is not expensive.
I like wind.
