regardless the nationality, country, rule number one...people should respect the Traffic Act...Its designed for the drivers' and pedestrians' safety.
Few years back in Shanghai, I actually marked Plate number and report to police for one vehicle surpasses red light. Probably that guy got a ticket or not. Perhaps i could save few lives who involved with careless driving of THAT DRIVER.
I just felt i should do what i have to do. As a citizen of CHINA. There are many thing we could do legally without put ourselves in danger. You don't have to be a hero..
Ordinary people can do ordinary things, but as far as we learned our social responsibility, the society itself will evolve tiny step from EACH OF US which will adds together then become a giant step.
In china, civilians are topped "that's not my business" ideas that what really bring up the conflict back on themselves because indeed it is their business. There should be a tendency for people starting to learn respect the rules and following by proper discipline for violators. Then trying to bill the new Act or policy to implement them more effectively.
Recently, there are too many serious hazards happened in china regards on pollution, food safety....in such a ill-fated society, core value are inserted full of materials and monetary, with less respect for people, conscienceless.
i would suggest stop blaming. Make your call and fight for it.
dam chinese input doesn't work at all.
