今天经过Centrum，发现星期五的农贸市场正开张
跟Ferme Albe 的女主人询问了羊肉问题--羊身上长的东西她家都卖（www.fermealbe.ca)
品尝了TrilliumMeadows Red Deer & Wild Boar Farm的熏鹿里脊肉，浏览了咱鹅岭的Delice Royal Bakery 的点心，和Hard To Find的女主人聊半天孩子的衣服，呵呵，星期五有空就去转转吧，肯定有惊喜

这才是真正的Ottawa Farmers' Market，比Down town 和Parkdale的纯真多了。Down town 和Parkdale应该说是农贸市场，里面多是河对面的菜贩子，卖的很多也是魁省农产品。

我原来买chelsea 一家的山羊，他家是季节性宰杀几次，比如感恩节，圣诞节。Navan 那家肉店也每星期有一次羊。

今天女主人给我看了她冰柜里的羊心，冻得棒棒硬。估计就是速冻吧？她说是羊头（5刀一只)羊身上长啥她有啥卖，

她说打电话下订单，在他们来集市的时候取货最合适。
