I do not know if there is any Chinese immigrant having a CS-05/ SERES-5 level/Titel in the Government, but I do know a few Chinese (at least 3-4) personally, who earn the annual salary in the range equivalent SE-RES-e or more. Actually the range of $104,203 to $130,890 CAD is not so difficult to reach in Crown, in University, or in private companies.

It might not be so difficult to reach in in University or in private companies. However it's very difficult in Government.

You can easily earn more than $1000 a day as a consultant, but won't easily be a CS-05 in Gov with less salary...
