如果是Huntmar and Terry Fox and Richardson side的话, 那一块就是农田啊, 没见到树林啊湿地什么的.

农田并不意味着是 zoned rural。Carling 沿线的农田是NCC的，谁能盖房啊？

It is outside the urban area so it's in Councillor El-Chantiry's Ward. It runs from Terry Fox to Huntmar just south of the railway line. This was adjusting a border to be accurate. The land is not zoned for residential development.
