新屋窗有倒汗水

最近幾天早上全屋窗玻璃靠屋裡都有水珠凝固, 全部窗都是 Double-layered with low E-argon gas in between. 家裡未開暖氣和HRV. 屋裡濕度約53%. 這現象正常嗎?

At this time of the year, it is probably due to too high the humidity inside the house. Be sure to turn on your bathroom fan when you shower. There is a chart that shows what the optimal humidity should be in relation to the outside temperature. I'll try to find it for you.

When moisture/ice starts to show in winter when the outside temp is below zero, it usually an indication that the window has lost its seal.
