想在KATIMAVIK那儿买房子给爸妈,为孩子上学,KANATA LAKES太贵偶买不起。现在GRAPEVINE上面看到的,我自己可以承担的价位的有下面这些:

不是,是小学。中学去别的学区吧,不是很多住KANATA还去DOWNTOWN吗?

If you buy from the seller directly, he/she will not pay %5 to an agent. They list the house on MLS as well with an agent. But if you see them in grapevine, buy from them directly, they can save 5%. You can also bargain on the price based on the house condition, etc. 245/250k for start price and then negotiate the price later. You may get what you ask for if the seller wants to sell their house quickly (if they need to pay down payment for their new houses).
 
5%不实际,他让价5%给你为啥不直接找agent卖?
 
谢谢各位同学。现在还是考虑90年以后的房子吧,不过等明年再说吧。打电话问过第2个已经卖出去了。
