装冠还是植牙？请有经验的朋友出出主意。 谢谢！

由于牙龈严重萎缩，后槽牙不但晃还经常发炎，牙疼。这种情况下，是把牙齿杀神经后再装冠好还是干脆拔掉植牙？

请有经验的朋友出出主意。 谢谢！

But I thought you should try to rebuild your gum. Otherwise, you still have an issue no matter if you get a crown or plant a new teeth.

Somehow, you'd better to approach your dentist for a professional advice.

Took the gum surgery to cure or rebuild it. However, the problem still persists. So, not to be tortured by the tooth pain, I am thinking about killing the tooth nerve by root canal or eventually pulling out the teeth. Not sure yet, (consulting the dentist who said that pulling out the teeth and then plant). however, without a healthy gum and bone, how can the plant be successful?

So to ask those who have had the crown or planted teeth about any suggestions.

我也是这样想，所以牙医建议拔，还一直拖着。

可是因为牙龈萎缩，牙根暴露，牙缝增大，特别容易刷不干净，也就特别容易发炎，牙龈肿，牙疼。差不多每个月都会发炎，已经到了影响吃饭的程度。怎么办呢？

I have a relative who had your problem before. I think that they can do a bone graft (using either animal or cadaver bones) to rebuild your jaw line before doing dental implants. Probably you should ask your dentist exactly how this can be done? I totally understand your pain because I saw how my aunt suffered. However, she is totally fine now after the dental implants. 骨再生这个问题和牙医探讨过，他已经给判了死刑说因为细菌的侵蚀，骨头损坏的太多，再生的希望几乎没有。他还没说是不是可以装冠或植牙，我想骨头都不行了，那是不是都不行了？就是装假牙，也是要夹得住才行吧？

装牙有三种做法:套冠,做固定牙和植牙.
套冠最简单费用低;植牙做法复杂,牙形色泽美观,费用昂贵,非一般人所承受,如果你是演员,政治家等人物,建议你采用此法;对中高档收入,年轻,期望自己有一定外貌和生活质量的人可用此方案.
你目前"牙疼不是病,疼起来要命",建议你先做根管治疗,不知你的经济承受能力,专程回中国北京上海做牙,不失是上策,包括旅费和治疗费的总费用会比这里便宜.

俺也有LZ这样的问题，但是现在问题轻多了。一是再忙或者再懒都要每天刷牙，二是要坚持flossing。如果不能够每天floss，但至少隔一天来一次，持之以恒。还可以考虑买waterpik，用水冲洗牙齿中间的食物。

现在都很后悔没有早点好好照顾好自己的牙齿。

此外，牙龈萎缩跟装冠没有什么关系吧？不过，我觉得植牙可能好些，但要贵很多。
