要运动,要调整饮食习惯

如果需要急速增肥/减肥的话都是需要trainer和医生的.(3个月一个周期)
我有个同事就是300多磅减到150多.
 
所谓各花入各眼吧,青菜萝卜各有所爱。偶喜欢这个VS大萝卜,嘻嘻!:D

my boss doesnt do any exercise, just watch what she eats and count calories. it really helps, and she lost near 100lb in 4 months
 
wild things里面意外看到一个asian face,身材还不错,就是好像看上去紧张了些,不如别人那么relax。。。。

Any attempt for losing more 2lb/week will require assistance from Doctor.

1. Calculate the minimum amount of calories that you need to sustain regular activity. (You need to re-calculate this per week or bi-weekly)
2. Calculate the amount of calories that you can burn weekly.
3. Calculate the amount of calories from your daily food. (Start doing this by replacing your regular food with low-calorie food. Try food that is low on sodium, low fat, no transfat food, say yes to beans and multi-grains food. Drink 3,4L water daily when you are on diet. No soft drink include diet coke or ice tea. )

item 3 - item 2 - item 1 = calories that you lose per week.
1 pound fat ~= 3500 calories

你boss只靠吃时不可能减那么快的,除非做手术,她/他应该是下班以后去gym的,有能力/时间的话每周休息3天recovery,其他时间早上去一次,晚上去一次gym. 体积大的人要减下来需要付出更多的努力,可能只是自己不愿意在别人面前表现的太痛苦.

别争了,我很理解她的。每顿餐都要用专门称食物的小称称过才吃。 照着书上写的哪种食物吃得少,就这么坚持了几个月。
而且我从来都有习惯买东西选卡路里低的,况且我吃很多肉,特别喜欢肥肉。很少吃素菜。 我身材。。不差哈~~ 当然我还有运动。不过我重点是说,只要watch what u eat, 这个最重要
