Ingredients

• 2 Cornish game hens, halved or chicken halves
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
• 1 habanero pepper, seeded
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Step 1
Slice 1 seeded jalapeno pepper and 1 seeded habanero pepper.

Step 2
Put 4 cloves garlic,
2 tablespoon vegetable oil,
2 tablespoon sherry vinegar,
2 tablespoon mayonnaise,
2 teaspoon salt,
the jalapeno pepper slices,
and the habanero pepper slices in a blender. Blend well.
This is the marinate.

Step 3
Put 2 Cornish game hens, halved or chicken halves in a large bowl. Pour in the marinate. Stir well. Cover the bowl with a plastic, marinate 3 hours.

Step 4
After that, put the hens on a hot grill. Sprinkle some salt on the hens. Grill them for 45 minutes.
