I doubt you can buy a good car for $7000 if tax is also included. I believe the car itself should be around $7000 for model year after 1998.

I like Cavalier(my persoanl opinion). But actually Cavalier and Sunfire share same chessis as I know. They are almost same. Difference are only 外观.
You may go to the dealer try that Sunfire first.
