We are two international students sharing a 3 bedroom apartment (a 24 year old girl,and a 22 year old boy). Our third roomate is moving out at the end of January. We would like to share our apartment with a roomate preferably a female international student, but would consider other serious applicants. We would like someone responsible and respectful. The fee includes internet access, .There is Laundry On Site. There's parking available.
The building is about 10 mintues walking to Algonquin College, 2 minutes by bus (bus 118). It is also close to College square where you can shop for grocery, clothes, shoes, alcohol, and there are restaurants and a 24 hour gorcery store. If you don't have a car, there's a big tansit station which is Baseline station 15 minutes walking from the building and the last bus stops at about 3.30 am which is route 95.
