furnace humidifier recommendations

My furnace humidifier is broken. I am considering replace it with a new one.

The one I used was Thermolec. But when I try to find the model, it was discontinued.

I have done some searches on the web, there are a lot of models, from Wait 5000, Honeywell HE260A1010, Thermolec ACU-STEAM™. but I don't know if they are good?[/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]Do you have any recommendations for brand, retail shop and installation? I am looking at $150 range and self installation.[/FONT]
[FONT=Times New Roman, serif]By the way, I have been Canadian Tier, they only carry Honeywell. The price is high.[/FONT]

I bought Desert Spring from Canadian Tire when on sale $199
It is light, quite, save water, 10 years warranty.

Installed by self in half days, can get 40%-60% humidity easily at coldest days.

The motor is 5 Watt, runs 5 RPM (1 turns per 20 seconds), very quite.
I connect power to furnace burning-gas exhaust motor (not the big air blow motor)

I got one from Home Depot for just $136 two years ago, probably plus tax, I don't remember. You should be able to find a good one there.
Humidifier is a pretty simple mechanical system without any moving parts, you don't need to take the brand very seriously.
