请问新买的房子什么时候收地税

去年买的时候，过户的时候把去年的都交了。今年的怎么交呢？会邮寄到家吗？大概什么时间交？把钱给财神们准备好啊。

you can register with city to have monthly payment. the deadline to sign up this PTP is already passed. you should receive 2 property tax bills, just make sure to pay them before the due date.
