订的车到了,Dealer却反悔当初签订的价格,这种事应该找谁?(和dealer谈完了,画个句号)

我在签订以前跑了Ottawa以及周边的所有dealer,本来都打算去美国买了。结果最后在这个dealer拿到了这个还算满意的价格(不过还是比美国贵不少,但是去美国买主要是费心)。

去美国买车关键是warranty的问题:

电话几分钟的事儿。你就告诉他你现在拿到的价钱,问对方是否可以match。打多伦多的dealer,估计你还能拿到更好的价钱。拿不到你也不损失什么,接着再跟他磕。:D

今天没有更新,本来晚上要和dealer general manager对话的。结果他临时变卦说今晚不行了,要再约时间。

Right now, you kind of get stuck with the current one. Did you get any written proof indicating the current dealer wanted to cancel the deal as you didn't want to pay the extra? You'd better get one so that you can get off the hook anytime you want...

谢谢提醒,还没有拿到这个dealer任何书面的东西。我会去要求。
 
支持lz.听说过TD的broker 乱许诺,结果不能做到的例子,当事人一级级投诉最终拿到当初的rating, 差价部分从broker 自己收入里扣。虽然事不同,还是鼓励lz给自己维权,既然是好deal 那就坚持,至于dealer 犯错忘加了费用,他们态度好还算罢了,明摆着欺负人,不能白给黑心dealer 欺负了去。dealer 扣着押金还迟迟不发车,是否可以找他们收利息?
