infrared camera home inspection

We have a cold room in our house. Does anybody know a good home inspector (with infrared camera?) for home inspection?

The charge is "not bad" too. $600 for a couple hours work, and if you want the thermo camera detection, it's additional $250 iwth home inspection, or $400 separately.
