Riverside South city plan link as below. The phase 14 is only a partial of #1 area on the map, remaining will extend to east. I heard that it will be after next year. after this phase, they might be back to #2 areas (below the new bridge) for next year. However, nothing official yet.
You could see that hydro corridor crosses on the map; it is a local level corridor (smallest level, not like you see on Hunt Club road). It is not comparable with Tanglewood area (which has multiple lines across) and no any lots under this line. Personally, I think this phase is the good one in #1 area, it is most close to Limbank (7 minutes driving to TNT) and Armstrong, and has a lot of green space around (see that green valley), identified as low density; no any bus road around (all small road). Next phase will be a major bus road there.
No any noise at all, the direction of plane is not on the Riverside south, I did verify, you could remotely see the planes, but nothing you could hear, they are actually very far away.
Nobody could predict the house price next year or after. If you are real buyer, specially, if you are looking at new home, then there is no way the price drop because of global inflation & new HST. You always come in at the time that people are waiting, and then you might get some power to discuss with the builders. Actually, I already see builders on the way up now, almost no builders want to negotiate with you comparing to January.
