这个区怎么样啊，看地图好像位置还不错，知道的DX说说？

位置很好有两个Waterfront Park和一个Active Park。 优点：人口密度小，自然环境好，开车去downtown快（25分钟左右）。缺点：商业区太少。
好像现在只剩下60尺的lot了吧。。。要不少$$$

多谢了。我看网上的价格信息，不知道那个价格是不是the landing的价格？还是要在这个价格上另外加lot primum? 多谢了

There are 2 builders for the landing. Richcraft and Urbandale.

I know it is at least $5K added for the lot primum. The one the most close the river will need >$90K. It is just for Urbandale.

The Richcraft will have a higher price for the lot.

BTW, there is only peak hour bus available to the landing. The landing seems relative isolated from the riverside communicty.

The elementary school is not close to the landing and ranking of the school seems low.

But the traffic to this site is very convenient and the new bridge finished in 2012 will make the site easily to access the harrhaven shopping mall. And it is very close T&T.

这片０８年刚开的时候，价位与KANATA LAKES持平，现在应该超过KANATA LAKES了。。自然环境非常好。。。。

那个不算，那个小区叫：River's Bend。有4~5年了。The Landing 都是大的Lot大的Single。

隔壁那排semi-detached算不算the landing 的范围内？

个人觉得这个小区好过对面的Riverside South。近水得财。

看过，剩下的都是大lot的了，靠水边的都卖完了，Richcraft的大房子在70w左右。环境不错，但是周边还没建设好，桥到2012年建好就可以直接去巴黑文。俺没米，back out了。
