consider we pay 1.25% property tax in Ottawa while people in GTA pay no more than 1%, I would assume, these cannot simply compare these two market.

Also, most companies in Kanata are gonna laid off some people or freeze the pay rate and Government is gonna cut people as well. As a result, I dont think there are more space for rasing the price in housing market
