I live in a high rise near to elmvale mall for almost one year. I think our building and enverioment are very good. The one-bed room is much larger than usual one elsewhere. It is clean, quite and safe. 24 hour camera monitor. It costs 800 for a month, untilities are included. Park costs extra. We are going to move to another city since this June, and would sublet to you in 700 for the last two months (June 1 to July 31), and then you may make a choice to extend contract with our landlord or leave.
