OTTAWA — More than 1,060 city of Ottawa employees made over $100,000 in the 2010, with Dr. Isra Levy, the city’s chief medical officer of health, leading the pack with a salary of $308,301.40.
Levy was followed by city manager Kent Kirkpatrick, who made $281,590.54, and deputy city manager Steve Kanellakos, who earned $272,877.83.
Nancy Scheppers, who is also a deputy city manager, made $244,012.29, while the city’s associate medical officer, Dr. Vera Etches, made $245,001.05.
About 400 police officers made more than $100,000 in 2010. Ottawa police chief Vern White made $233,386.67.
