有谁City的Trail Waste Facility 买过compost?

Anyone bought compost from the Trail Waste Facility (4475 Trail Road, see the following link) before? How about the quality? Any worms or weeds grew up? My lawn needs top soil now so I want to buy some but worry about the worms and weeds.
