怎样修复磨损的mahogany家具？见照片

我卧室家具是mahogany， 从来也没护理过， 因为也不知道该怎么保养， 所以10多年后， 就这样了。

能告诉我如何修复吗？

I've been using humudifer in winter every day. Lots of them are water marks and some of the discolor are caused by unkown reason.

The dresser is still in very good shape, so I want to know what's the appropriate way to fix it now and protect it properly in the future.

Any advices will be appreciated.

都10多年了，甭修了，换个吧。

To restore to its original condition, suggest to re-stain it. Here are brief steps:

1. sand down to bare wood and fix scratch if any
2. apply new stain (2 times)
3. apply 2~3 clear coats

You can google the details for each step. It is always easier saying it than doing it. The selection of stain might be tricky, same stain can show different color on different wood. Try small sample first, normally less than a dollar. Be aware of safety procedure.

They basically a little polish and wax.
