I live in Greely. The house price here hasn't increased as much as other part of Ottawa. It will be once the OTrain built at Limebank. It is a great area to raise children. The nature environment is very nice. We enjoy the walking path between properties.
Many houses in Greely are very nicely built. Property lot is 100' by 200'. This size property can not be found in Ottawa. It is 20-25 minutes drive to downtown and everywhere. The location is kind of central to everywhere as it is right at the south of Ottawa. I like Greely. The only thing I miss here is a shopping mall within walking distance. :O)
