请教哪位了解以下小Builder

Phoenix, Tamarack, Cardel, Valecraft, Richcraft, Holitzner, Tartan, Larco, Claridge...

能否分享和他们打交道的经验，评论。

Fraser Fields has it.

This builder's model are small houses.

谢谢大家点评，刚刚起步，对各Builder和位置了解很少。

去Fraser Fields看了，没有样板房，位置不错，好像主要是单车库，30几尺Lot的Single。在同样地方，Tartan交错建Semi。

不知Tamarack 在Findlay Creak是否还会建独立房？感觉位置还好，就是离机场比较近，不知是否噪音会太大？

..........这几个都算小builder了，那到底哪个是大builder啊。
Cardel的比较贵，不过设计得好看，upgrade可选的地方比较多，比较custom
Richcraft老牌子了，褒贬不一，我买的是它们的房子，个人而言没碰到特别大的问题，它的standard在其他家有可能是upgrade.
Holitzner不错的builder，不过貌似它们的townhome没有9" ceiling?
Tartan不错的builder，很喜欢他们的几个single house的设计
Claridge downtown很多condo都是他们的，不过房子方面的设计感觉偏老。

其实不一定是小的，只是我很孤陋寡闻，只听说过几个 Minto，Monarch，Mattamy。:blowzy:

先选好location，然后再把那个小区所有的builder的model home或者渥太华能找得到的model home都看一遍
你自己如果不喜欢的话，总不会强迫自己去买吧

I think they (Tamarack and Tartan) are still building Singles (Phase 10, 11, 12 near Albion Road). Noise is not that bad. Most of the time planes flying by is landing. U cannot hear it even you are out in the yard. The noise is higher when they are taking off.

38的选择还是比较多的

虽然买了Tamarack的房子，个人还是比较喜欢Tartan的设计

飞机的问题，有时候可以听到的，不过不是经常能够听到
我个人比较喜欢飞机，所以也不会觉得吵
所以这个就要看个人了

我只能说larco房子用的材料很贵。 一般建筑商用 driftwood (economy siding) http://www.gentek.ca/english/products.asp?z=63&m=2&l=1&d=65&mpg=1&pg=1&navproductid=17. Larco 用http://www.prodigysiding.com/product_features.php 这个比较厚。
