有关机票退票(急!!!!!!)

请问什么样的机票能退票?如果是优惠期间的机票是否能退?要被扣多少手续费?不同的agency规定一样吗?
在有一个问题就是如果是一年open的ticket怎么change time,需要交手续费吗?谢谢了.

It depends on agent. Just give them a call. I heard several cases charged with 25%.

If that is the open ticket, just give Air Canada a call to book the return time without any fee. If you want to change second time or third time, it may charge you.

But mine is korean air,then what should i do?
B/C i'v already got mind round trip ticket, but my parents didn't allow me to go back so i just want to know some details abt how to change the schedule or cancel that ticket. Thx a lot.

B/C i'v already got mind round trip ticket, but my parents didn't allow me to go back so i just want to know some details abt how to change the schedule or cancel that ticket. Thx a lot.

So contact Korean Air to postpone the ticket as LATE as possible.
Also explain SARS concern. They should understand and do favour for you.

When you ask them to postpone your return data, ask them if there is any charge/fee for changing return date later. If so, you can mention Air Canada as example, they didn't charge.
