ARC is keep calling me for collect $900 for Bell Canada, I told them I did not owe money to Bell. They seems ignoring me just call me

Why do not you call Bell to confirm this. If Bell does not need money from you, you simply call police to report fraud.

Don't ignore this, if they decide that you're gonna default they'll bring it up to the credit bureau.
Call them up and find out what's going on. If it's a fraud, tell them so and they'll stop bothering you and hand it over to authorities.

it is a fraud, send them a mail, they will not call you anymore. also report to trans union and equifax.
