Flight ticket - help please

Hello, all
Any good advice on bookkeeping a return flight ticket from China to Ottawa (or to Toronto) any day in August with Air Canada? My parents need to come to Ottawa in Aug (as a last miniute plan). The tickets for departing from China in Aug. are so expensive. Maybe Air China will offer better price? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for the info. I tried the promo code on Air Canada website. It turns out that the 10% off special applies to departure from a city in Canada, not the other way around. My parents are currently in China. Thank you for your reply, though.
