True in a sense but walking for 4 and half hours and carrying bag sure tires you out. Once I was able to run 4 days a week and play golf 2 days but those days are over. Now if I can run 3 times a week, golf 2 days a week and bike one other day, I would be satisfied. I am not young anymore.

你的情况如果自己比较当心的话,还是去看医生吧。我们所有讲的都不算数,只有医生的才算数。你的家庭医生会给你转到运动专科医生的,你也可以自己直接找这样的医生。我大概两个月前还在Merivale那一带看过医生。医生会拿个关节模型给你解释的。然后让你去做physiotheropy,那里的人员大致也会这样跟你解释一遍,并且告诉你为什么这样治疗。
