A very large room in the basement of a bungalow, with a lot of closets and storage space, private bathroom and a mini kitchen (fridge, microwave, eating area), all utilities, high-speed internet, laundry, in ground swimming pool, parking space, access to bus # 3 and soon # 4.
I am looking for a quite and trustworthy person as we will share the same entrance to the house. The house is located around Merivale and Fisher area.
