Is this floor plan very bad?

would you ever consider buy this kind of house if other parts of the house is very nice, like bed room size, yard

The parts I don't like are

1. The FP is NOT open concept
2. The living room and dining room are segregated to two sections by the staircase to upstairs and the hall way
3. The powder room is in the middle of the floor, and it is so close to the kitchen
4. The door to the basement is in the kitchen
5. The kitchen is so tucked in

But it is double garage, long porch, all the rooms got lots of natural lights, big corner lot

别的什么都好，就是不喜欢这个一楼的布局
好的是双车库，院子很大，和一个很大的前门廊， 楼上卧室都很大，整个房子采光很好

应该是townhouse里比较好的一个房型了。你也可以看看greenboro，这个设计也是很好的；或者national。
如果楼主不迷信end-unit,我个人觉得highland也很好。

如果楼主不迷信end-unit,我个人觉得highland也很好。

这个就是Monarch的Shaughnessy,在新桥镇就有很多.挺好的房型,特别是前门的门廊很给力.在糖耗子的end unit房型中算很好的.当然,你要是讲究风水什么的,那么,就会有点纠结

感觉比较怪, 使用起来,厨房确实是个问题, 没有窗户,暗还有会有油烟, 当然如果做饭不多或者时间短问题也不大.
房子是大事,选择也很多,总要选个顺心的吧.
