急问: Balsam A or Balsam B

非常同意楼上的看法。 特别是那些彻夜排队买新房的人更是给了builder乱要价和乱涨价的理由。

builder每次开盘基本上涨价的。不会因为没有人排队而不涨价，也不会因为很多人排队乱涨价。如果你关注一个楼盘很久，会发现每次开盘涨价都是有规律的。。

据说开townhouse的时候排队的多。因为大家都想选end unit..
single的话，开盘房子多的话，应该有的选~~~

其实这次还好啦,只排了1个晚上,听说以前release还有排3个晚上的.
比较亏的是就2家人排了通宵,第3家是周六早上7点后才来的. 我挺心疼LD的, 领导自己倒是想得开, 还安慰我, "咱又不是郭美美她妈, 哪能踩那么准, 最低点进最高点出!"

反过来想，如果你不排，就像晚到的那几家想选b，但是木有的选了，就只能放弃了。。。。

还是恭喜美女，买到了中意的房子：）

找我啦. 不过我懂的不多啦，一起研究吧。

LS 的Puffy Ottawa也是43 lot Balsam B，她懂的比我多。

如果你买的是50lot 的maple，建议你找Patio大侠，他懂的挺多的。就是下面这个贴的贴主。

房子是前院对西北,后院对东南.
Balsam B的优点是 1) Porch大点, 可以放下椅子; 2)外墙半砖, 形状好看些; 3)2楼有阳台
缺点是 1)bedroom 3太小 14'4''X10'7''

Balsam A 的优点是1) bedroom 3大 14'4''X14'1'' 2) bedroom4 也大一点, 11'0X13'7''(12'1'') Balsam B 是11'0'' X 13'1''
缺点是正面难看点, 屋顶装饰多余, 全面vinyl

选哪个好?

几个朋友都觉得A好，不花哨。B的那个balcony很多余，半年多都是雪堆，Porch大点没用，后院deck才是放椅子的好地方。不过自己喜欢最重要！

The best person to ask this question is the sale guy from monarch. They will give you more accurate information.

Btw, I do not think that you can upgrade to brick if I recall right. The earlier post in this thread mentioned that upgrading to stone might cost you 40K.

其实A, B 楼主已经分析了好的跟不好的地方。
看你自己的取舍了。。

想升级到砖或者石头的话，你就选b吧。升级这些很贵的。选b的话，贵了1万多，至少就不用考虑这个问题了。
不过你可以去问问他们。THOMAS或者JOHN，忘记他名字了。。。但是他们说的也不一定是对的。除了他们给你的目录上的价格可以肯定，别的都需要他们问了上面的，然后再告诉你可不可以做，价格多少。。

They only allow you to upgrade the front to stone from those packages you choose, but u dont have to upgrade the whole front face, just part of it will look very cute and special. cost about 10k-20k depends the size you need.

的确。我看见一些windsor就是一楼那片石头，感觉还可以。
也看见全部都是石头的，没觉得很好看~~~

选A再花10k-20k 升级部分到brick最好，既美观又实用
