这次FURNACE团购后有人安装了吗? 做的好吗?

昨天来评估，杂气杂八又加了＄850，再加１３％的税，也不便宜了。

首先，请根据版规提供你的Family Code,并把详细情况阐述一下。

如果需要额外的改装或者配件必然会有额外的收费，就像我们之前解释过的，原来的furnace就是用Gas的话基本不需要改动不会有额外收费，如果用油的话会有比较大的结构改动（请参照下图），需要一些额外的部件，所以会有modification fee。这个无论找任何公司都会有这样的额外费用，而且只会更贵！鉴于对这个公司的了解和之前的合作经验，我们有比较大的信任，所以应该不会有乱收费现象。如果需要其他的额外的非常规配件，那也必然会有一定的费用，我们无法要求不同的服务或者不同材料要求商家同样收费。

下面是原文说明：
If the customer has a low boy furnace (usually indicates that the furnace is really old). There are usually only 2 furnace set ups....

1) high boy (85%) of set up....the furnace fan is directly below the heat exchanger and blows straight up. This usually means it is higher or "high boy". The new furnaces are a "high boy" configuration. Therefore, when we make a change from an existing high boy to another high boy there is no extra ductwork except maybe a filter rack (some older high boy furnaces have the filter inside the furnace and it is nicer to have a filter on the outside)

2) The low boy furnace (15%) has the fan and heat exchanger of the furnace on the same horizontal plain. Therefore, the furnace is lower and gets the name "low boy". A custom transition and filter rack or return air drop is required for this change and the resulting labour and material is $350.00 charge.

Here is an example where an old lowboy furnace is removed and a new Lennox high boy furnace is installed. Notice the extra tin on the right hand side as well as the extra labour required to assemble.

仔细看了以下，我的老的FURNACE是＂LOW BOY＂，还有换HUMIDIFIER， 加 PUMP，不了解行情，大概如楼上说的，还可以。

还有一事不明白，是不是必须每年都在安装的公司做MAINTENANCE才有１０年的 FREE LABOR？

是的，以后如果有parts需要换的话，厂家会要求有保养记录的。
商家现在提供了我们一个极其优惠的价格，我们以后每年到季节做一次就行了。
当然也可以不做，这个品牌质量还是很好的，有不少人都用了20年以上了，只要自己懂一些基本的构造，自己也能做简单的维护。

furnace價錢是比另外–家 Lennox公司稍低,但耍加 $150作為 filter rack modification, humidifier也稍貴 65元,我想確認一下 group buy的公司是不是叶 Reliable home improvement, furnace要排到Dec 1才能裝,但明天簽 contract就要我寫支票預付全額,他說 Dec 1 才兌現,請問有 問題嗎 ? Thanks !

有人团购炉子的时候一并装了加湿器的吗?

我家一并装了加湿器,可是湿度上不去阿?总是30%多一点. 我设置的是湿度42%,fan是circulate,1个小时随机转40%那种模式

是这个型号的加湿器不行还是我没设置对阿?有懂得能帮忙解释下吗?

这家我们了解过，也接触过，通常都是市场最低价，但review一般，据说还有找学校的实习生安装。furnace涉及到房屋和家庭人员的安全，我们不敢掉以轻心，现在这个毕竟是costco承包商，口碑和各方面的服务都有保障。

高端的SLP有，安装完商家会帮你完成注册的，然后厂家会mail支票给你。
