Minto购房悲剧----从走进Minto售房中心那一刻降临

说Minto“欺骗、威胁、到最后的耍赖”,这都是要证据的。作为一个旁人,火上浇油能解决问题?
上诉可以,只是LZ耗不耗得起财力,精力,时间?LZ已经每日精神恍惚,打官司只能更进一步加重这种精神压力,LZ准备好了吗?
一手牌打成LZ这个样子,减少损失也未必不是一个折中的办法。还是看看能不能找个律师调解一下吧。
 
很困惑了,钱都给抢了还不能诉? 调解? 你把Minto想的也太好了.

从开始到现在,Minto的手段就是欺骗、威胁、到最后的耍赖。完了还不能诉它,这叫什么社会啊。难道人活着非的运气好才行?

I just if you were a buyer and experienced the same situation, what would you be going to do?

Personally I think if you dispute with other small builders, you might not even have the same deal that Minto offered.
 
It seems to me that,
- LZ did not interact well with buyer's agent, 1st sales person, own lawyer, home builder management, etc.
- She's self-centered and did not know how to compromise for a realistic outcome.
- The final result was the worse of all possibilities.
If continue down this path, she'll probably lose even more.

话说得难听了点。道理赞同。现在回头看当时Minto 的 Offer 感到并不那么糟糕了吧。照这么走下去,再过半年,再回头一看,今天可能又不是最糟糕的。
 
还有个好友,就是在avlon,从没抱怨质量问题,房价升了10万,开心还来不及呢。

Builder有可能愿意妥协(或“调解”),但那得满足两个条件:
1)它拖下去的律师费会很贵。一般Builder没有专职律师,它要根据案子的大小、和时间付律师的费用。如果案子一直打下去,律师费就可能很贵,甚至超过案子本身的涉及的金额。
2)它的最后获胜的信心有些动摇了。

所以,LZ也要有几个对自己一方的基本判断:
1)获胜的把握有多大;
2)律师费用如何;
3)自己的时间、精力是否能承担起持久战的考验;
4)如果万一败诉,对自己和家庭的影响有多大。
如果这四点都不是问题,那就把官司打下去。否则,最好寻求“调解”的办法。事已至此,如果不能达到全胜,则争取把损失降到最低。
不管是“打下去”、还是“调节”,都要显示自己的决心、和毅力。这本身,就是给对方的一种震慑。
 
有一点要注意,房子是楼主和妹妹合买,任何对外的妥协让步,都可能引起内讧。
 
村长此言差矣。。。蚍蜉力虽小也能有所为,树虽根深也不能禁万蚁之噬。人行于世,若无德无义与禽兽何异??

LZ 因在华人社区曝光Minto所为,而将其惹恼故而变本加厉,若不与其据理力争,与理不符!若是楼主忍气吞声,息事宁人,不将此事公诸于众,还不知会有多少人将同样走上LZ之路。

Minto欺人在先,舞弊于中,谋财在后,气焰何其张狂!要知其得此小财,而失却人心,所行不义,所作必败!

咱先把这话放在这里,看将来的结果,看Minto是否能被“震慑”住。

我没从Minto那里买过房子。当年租房子的时候,听到关于Minto的就没有好话。

不过我不怕同Walmart斗,但是怕当地的建筑商和汽车商。

我听很多人说MINTO这也要钱,那也要钱。

我还听说律师拿回你的钱,也要吃掉一部份。
总之你要损失钱。
最悲的情况就是,一分钱也拿不回。
那就悲剧了。
 
Thank you very much for your telling us your experiences. I had planed to buy a new house in Avalon for two years. I had communicated with Ann, and bank she refered to me for mortgage. I had feeling that it is too high risk for deposit 12.5% for a house that I haven't seen. Since there was another case same situation as yours was poblished in CFC, so I felt I can not rely on these sales representives. In addition, I visited the public schools and found the Avalon public school ranking in Ontario was under average. I saw the students cleaned the office, but nobody say thank you to them. I am not feeling good for letting my kids to clean the office. Final, I had decided not to buy the house. After I know your experiences, I am so glad I made a right decision. I support you no matter what your decision and really understand your feeling. If you need donation. I will join in. I will not buy any minto house in the future, because it is not first case I heard in CFC and my experience dealing with Minto Orlean office.

I think CFC provide a really good information for all chineses. Even LZ want to post her experience here in order to give some pressure to Minto, I think it is not a bad idea. It proves the CFC has some influence in Chinese community and these real estate builders will take into consideration about their public images in Chinese community. Chinese community is a big buyer in real estate market.
It also provide us many informaton to buy new houses.
