今天该交30天form了，可是不知道怎么写

1，门口台阶的大的石头砖裂了。
2，门口阳台护栏有一个立柱下面的挡板缺少一个。
3，洗衣房的储物板最上面的没有刷漆
4，很多窗户，门最上面没有密封（是应该caulk吗？我看旁边都是密封的，只是上面挂窗帘时发现都没处理）
5，主卧室有一个地方，地毯一踩就陷下去了，估计下面有一个洞没补
6，fireplace旁边有一个瓷砖裂了。

来不及了吧，千万别迟交报告，看到有人说，遇到周末，或者去医院生孩子耽误了1，2天，就不管了。

感觉不好。其实这些问题在交付那天都该解决（3天 form)，因为很容易看到，而不是这30天新出现的问题。所以感觉builder不认真，马虎。找inspector也许能发现更多问题，比如查一下屋顶的insulation什么的，更放心一些。

3, laundry room storage of not painting the top plate
4, a lot of windows, doors did not seal the top (should caulk? I see next is sealed, but found no curtain hung above the handle)
5, the master bedroom there is a place, a foot to sink into the carpet, it is estimated there is a hole did not fill the following

写之前，光着脚一个房间一个房间走过去，看过去，任何小错误\chip\crack\missing paint都写上，２楼地板如果吱呀吱呀响的话也是问题。
门如果开到一半自动关上的话也是问题,新房请inspector这类钱不应该省的
electrical panel如果没label好也是问题,所有plug都要测试的，gfci的话要测试test button,看得到的电线要follow code的,drainage跟overflow都要测试,attic的insulation也要even，而且要满足code跟你的contract

谢谢，其实之前我都看过了，而且房子盖的过程中，我每个周末都过去看，基本大的问题没有。

builder过PDI的时候，基本也是照着你连接中的内容来的。
