2.99 for 5 year, must submit your application before 2 Dec 2011
Submit a CMHC Insured Full Doc application between November 19th and December 2nd and fund that deal on or before December 12th and your client will receive a 5 year term at 2.99%.
QUALIFYING DETAILS:
Eligible deals are CMHC Insured Full Doc deals only (all other deal types are not eligible and will follow existing pricing and qualification criteria)
Promotion begins November 19th 2011
Deals submitted and approved for the 2.99% special must close no later than December 12th 2011 (No exceptions permitted)
Promotional offer is valid for New deals only submitted on or after November 19, 2011 to December 2, 2011.
Existing approvals and submissions prior to November 19th are not eligible for the 2.99% rate.
