Keep Cannabis Stores Away from Schools

The Province of Ontario has passed regulations on Nov 14, 2018 that allows privately operated cannabis stores to be opened with in 150 meters of a school.

Usage of cannabis based products can result in the alteration of one's behaviours, and consumption in large quantities may lead to adverse health risks. The Government of Ontario has limited the minimal age of cannabis consumption to 19 years of age, however many parents and educators are seriously concerned over the possibility that visibility of cannabis sales will lead to more children exploring its usage at a premature age (much like alcohol and tobacco).

Help us keep pot away from children. Do not allow cannabis stores within a 1KM radius of a school.

Let's keep our children safe.
