Who is eligible​

Older adults​

Timing: continuing throughout May

• Adults aged 50 and over, decreasing in five-year increments
• Those turning 40 or older in 2021 are eligible for the AstraZeneca vaccine at participating pharmacies and primary care settings

Public health units determine age-based eligibility for their own community’s needs. This means eligible age groups may differ between regions.

• Age 50 or older: mass vaccination clinics — visit Ontario.ca/bookvaccine to find out how to book
• Age 40 or older: participating pharmacies (AstraZeneca only)
