北京商报调查报告显示:五成海归没有工作经验 就业不易

OH WELL...DO NOT judge my opinion based on this post, that I used mainly to against contractor anyway...but hey, it is true that China has many high qualified professionals nowdayz than ever before, especially within some certain areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, and etc..then why the hell they are not paid as good as even a mcdonald resturant manager in Canada?? You must be crazy if you think it's due to their skills or capabilities, hell no!!
The essential point is that the distribution of skilled workers in China is not efficient, and that causes too many IT, Finance, Engineering students are gathered and to compete for limited jobs, therefore, the price of that work will automatically come down (eazy supply/demand theory), BUT, up to this point, you might have realized that people here who work as professionals, acutally you know what, they don't really worth that much, it's just because we are in a job market that has more demands...
想想为什么很多从国内来这里的技术移民,他们在这里可以挣到比国内多出几倍的工资,并不是他们本身比国内同等类别的那些技术人员高超了多少(no offense!!!)
当然,也不仅仅是这个道理,国内的公司管理不当,产业链的配置不合理,甚至说的那些国家政策的没效率等等都是原因,所以国内的很多公司创造不了象国外一些巨头企业那样的价值,只是说在国外拿了点高工资的人和国内的那些辛苦做同样事情的人比,没什么好沾沾自喜的..(personally believes)

既然不缺工具,所以就导致了价格低廉,还是那句话,中国的人才分布应该从centralized 转为mass distributed,短期内可能只有那些有雄心和抱负的高级人才会去开发西部之类的较落后地区,但是时间长了之后,等每个地区的基础设施和规章制度完善后,相应的行业在当地能遍地开花了,那么中国这些原先低价的人才就又多了许多的用武之地,这样一来会平衡很多,缓解了大城市的就业压力和生活压力,也提升了其他城市的竞争力~~所以,这个观念在于看好不看好中国的发展,就象投资一样,分析是帮助作调整和管理用,但是最后作决定的还是最简单的是与不是,个人见解~~
