最近想把地毯换成地板，有谁知道哪家的服务或产品比较好？

地毯要换成地板(first floor),面积在500sqft.请有经验的朋友给点建议,哪家供应商比较可靠，服务比较好？哪种hardwood floor稳定性和质量好？

Engineered hardwood floor is more stable than solid hardwood and look and feel the same. Only deference is solid hardwood could be sanded down and refinished 3 -4 times and Engineered hardwood only 1 or 2. But do people ever refinish hardwood floors? May be ever twenty years?
And usually where you buy it, is who would install it for you.
For all the big brand name, they all meet the same standard.

那么请问哪些是big brand或者这方面比较好的selling company呢？
我个人好像比较倾向于solid hardwood,总觉得engineered hardwood像是国内的三合板。
这是不是一个误区呢？

实木地板是首选,Engeered地板一般在混凝土地面和地下室较适合.地板能否翻新打磨也该考虑,而且Engeered地板和实木地板价格差不多,有些Engeered地板表层硬木厚度不多或者和下边的plywood粘合易出问题剥离.本人是木地板专业contractor,专做木地板的安装和打磨上漆翻新,也做橡木楼梯. 前几周刚为一客户拆除一Engeered地板.
