大家对songspec好象赞扬声一片...可以说点不同的声音吗??
好人,大好人..可是作为inspector好象不能太一团和气吧?? 老实说,我有些失望..也没有再找他的打算...几个朋友找的老外,那可是没事也给你找出事情来..呵...anyway,找个自己希望的就好... 如果商量建筑方面的问题, 没得说...

同感。宋强人确实不错。我打过电话咨询过他一些问题，非常有耐心。但是技术经验方便，比老外差些。需要更多的日积月累的经验。

I bought a few houses, songspec did inspection once for me. Lao wai is much better. 宋强人确实不错, but some big issues he did not find out and some of them he was afraid of writing them down. Lao wai work efficient is also high and wrote down every issues he found. The rate is cheaper.
