i dont think so...it's totally depend on yourself...
if u go to uw act sci coop, by the end of 4 years. you'll get 2 years coop experience and 4 licences automaticly(if your average is 80+)...that means finding a high salary job is not a problem at all
there're 8 licences in total, you may take 7-10 years to get the rest 4, but i saw people got the rest 4 after working 1 year. Its just reading tons of book and go take the exams, nothing objective. well one thing about act sci is if you have good math background and a hard worker yourself
