小肥羊的壽命!

我挺喜欢小肥羊的,但有两个朋友一直不去吃任何自助餐,一是怕胖,还有个原因说是什么掉身价丢份儿.

还有什么地方是你那两个朋友从来不去吃的:rolleyes:
 
我也不想去吃什么日本寿司自助餐了。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。还是小肥羊好吃,还可以叫人给我加汤~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 
lz 是同胞吗?为什么不祝愿小肥羊越开越红火,如果是为了小肥羊好,体点帮他们改进的建议。 Ottawa有特色的餐馆不多,应该支持他们。
 
渥太华餐饮业的规则是:一家新餐馆的红火,等于另外一家餐馆的着火
这不前几星期某餐馆就着火了嘛

嗯, 同意。
结论太片面了吧。 留学生再有钱也不过是学生。
 
Well, here are the improvements need to make.
1) Although the Chinese are the main source of customers, but we are in Ottawa where 98% of the people are non Chinese, focuses should be on how to show and teach local Canadians how to eat hot pot. A picture book with how to eat hot pot should be placed on all the tables. I found most Canadians are humiliated when they are there and they will certainly not come back or recommend anybody to come. That's not how you become successful in Ottawa, we are not Toronto, and for any business to success you need local support.

2) Waiters need to be more professional, just get everybody to go to Yangtze and you see how waiters act there. When you are not busy serving customers, you need to stand and watch over the tables, not to sit down and chat with customers or play computer games at the cash register.

3) Washroom need to be cleaned every 20 mins and supply need to be filled. I found the washroom to be messy and short in supplies.

All in all, it's a great business concept, but the management lack of experience in running restaurant.
