iTALK BB 的电话怎么样?
和ROGERS的电话比较,比如说音质,服务等等.还有就是不会象春节的时候,怎么也接不通吧?

我用CIK。我有朋友用iTALK BB。没有什么问题。只要你不在通话时，下载大量的东西或观看网上电影的话。质量跟ROGERS一样。在春节期间，我打回中国。也没有服务忙的现象。我们用得好好的。当然。有时候还是会出现断线及有说话断续的现象/但都是在我观看网上电视的时候出现。 打中国不用钱。所有功能全部开放。对我来说。哪些小问题。一点也不是问题。

对，italkbb就是观看网上电视的时候效果不好，其余时侯跟Rogers没什么区别，感觉挺值的。
如果你要开，可以跟sales他们讲讲价，一般他们会给你免掉$9.99的邮寄费.

Unlike traditional phone companies (such as Bell), most Voice-Over-IP phone service providers (including ItalkBB) cannot accurately locate the phone user's exact location/address. This is probably due to current technology restrictions, which could change in the future.

In case of an emergency, the 911 operator would not be able to pinpoint the exact location/address immediately. The caller would have to tell the 911 operator that information before they can respond to the situation. In some cases, this is not possible (for example, senior parents who cannot speak English/French, or someone is too sick to talk, etc). On the other hand, with Bell, the 911 operator immediately knows where the caller is. If the caller is not talking, they will still send the poilice, actually even quicker, fearing the caller is in real danger.

That's why using the VOIP phone service as your local phone service does carry some risk in case of an emergency when 911 service is required.

Only one phone jack........so I had to buy a 4 handsets phone.

我们家用iTalkBB都半年多了，非常好，效果也非常不错，打国内长途时我妈妈常说就像我在她耳边说话一样。随便打中国、香港、台湾、日本、美国...我们电话打得很多，所以特别划算。

我们一口气买了2年的contract，所以当时还给我们7个月的免费。

注：经常看到有人抱怨效果不好，我想可能是网络速度的问题。我们开始试用的时候家里的网络是普通的DSL，通话效果很一般；后来换到Rogers的高速7M的，效果一下子就特别好了，然后我们就立刻决定把电话从Bell迁到iTalkBB！

22个国家的座机，unlimited；好几个国家的手机也是unlimited!

呵呵~是不是觉得我是个托儿呀？不是的，而是我实在喜欢这个italkbB~~对了，我还经常和朋友们电话会议，三方通话；来电显示也是送的。

Rogers 的电话是连到911系统上的，呵~~~但没电的情况下，什么都连不上的。

我家的Rogers Home Phone最近老是没有dial-tone。还以为是家里哪里又漏了。

给Rogers打电话才知道Modem要Reset才行。

其实，Rogers的Home Phone Modem是有电池的。停一会电是没有问题的，照样可以打电话。不过，你要有老式的电话才行。那种子母机没有电是不行的。
