about the mega
the only thing is not sure about their quality becasue the boss of mega is a middle east guy. who knows what they do to their car?
i think the mega's price is lower than Honda dealer(toyoto,mazard, volkeswage......),but higher than smalll dealer, or private dealer. so the price is between private(small) dealer, and formal dealer(toyoto,honda).

You can check BBB for the dealers. As I know, Ottawa Honda Pre-Owned dealer, which is owned by Ottawa Honda and sales used car, has a bad record in BBB. I also dealt with the sales manager once a time, I feel he is a really bad guy what I met in Ottawa in the past 10 years. I have a good experience to buy car in Honda Civic Motors. My own experience.
It there a way to identify the unreported accident? If I buy an accident car without record to track, how can I make people believe this car has been in an accident before? I think mechanic inspection is not enough.
